"I can't make it to the class I signed up for! Can you refund me?"
We are happy to refund you as long as you notify us by email that you cannot make it to the class at least 48 hours before the class start-time. If you cannot make this deadline, we cannot refund you. You must also have a valid reason for not being able to make it to the class. If you email us before the deadline, and are eligible for a refund, we will refund you via Eventbrite, the page on which you completed your purchase originally, and your money will be returned to your credit/debit card in full.
